Project Support Teams
In recent years Advertec has streamlined their production process by developing project support teams that improve workflow and customer support. The teams, consisting of client services specialists, estimators, project managers and pre-press operators, carefully develop a job plan for each project to help increase efficiency. The job plans coordinate the right people, materials and equipment to attain maximum quality while adhering to budgets and time guidelines. Our clients have direct access to team members during the process so questions and concerns are immediately resolved.
